Adrian Walters, CAI, AMM, is the founder and CEO of Transition Auction Group, an online auction company that sells commercial real estate, residential real estate and business assets. He brings more than 40 years of high-level sales experience to every sale, including three years as a Senior Sales Director at Ten-X, the largest online commercial real estate auction platform, and has closed more than $200 million in transactions.
The Transition Auction Group team works with property owners, investors, developers, brokers, probate and estate attorneys, banks and institutional sellers. Every asset gets its own marketing campaign, and the team manages the full process from signed contract through closing. Buyer-broker compensation is offered.
