Born in Georgetown, South Carolina, Connie Spahr has spent more than 40 years turning her passion for art, antiques, and beautiful things into a rewarding career.
An art major at Coastal Carolina College, Connie has always had an eye for the unusual, the beautiful, and the unexpected. Her entrepreneurial journey began with Holland House Florist (1986–1990), followed by Red McCaw Art Gallery (2000–2007). She later became a partner in New To You 2 (2006–2016), further developing her love for antiques, collectibles, and unique finds.
In 2016, Connie established Connie’s New To You, a thriving retail business she continues to own and operate today. In 2020, she expanded her expertise into auctioneering with Olive Street Auctions & Estate Services, combining her years of experience in art, antiques, retail, and estate services.
A lifelong artist, avid reader, decorator, and collector of both fine and funky treasures, Connie brings creativity, knowledge, and enthusiasm to everything she does. She believes every piece has a story, every collection has meaning, and every client deserves personal attention.
For Connie, the auction business is about much more than buying and selling. It’s about people, relationships, and trust. She and her team put their hearts into helping clients navigate life’s transitions, whether settling an estate, downsizing, or parting with cherished collections. Their goal is simple: to treat every client’s treasures with care and respect while working to achieve the best possible return.
A proud mother of four and grandmother of three, Connie believes in giving back, helping others, and building lasting relationships. Many customers become friends, and many friends become family.
