Jason Dolph

Jason Dolph, CCIM, AARE, is a Certified Personal Property Appraiser, third-generation auctioneer, and real estate broker with more than 20 years of professional experience in appraisals, auctions, asset disposition, and real estate transactions.
As owner of Modern Brokerage, Jason provides personal property appraisal services for lenders, attorneys, businesses, estates, trustees, and individuals. He has completed hundreds of appraisal assignments involving machinery and equipment, FF&E, vehicles and fleets, inventory, collectibles, business assets, and other tangible personal property. His appraisal work includes SBA and commercial lending, estate and probate matters, bankruptcy and litigation, equitable distribution, business planning, and other professional uses. Both on-site and desktop appraisal services are available.
Jason also provides professional auction services for real estate and personal property and has extensive experience in accelerated marketing, asset disposition, and auction-related assignments. His real estate and auction experience includes transactions totaling more than $150 million.
Jason holds the AARE designation and is a member of the National Auctioneers Association. He is also a CCIM, a licensed North Carolina auctioneer, and a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina. His appraisal qualifications include certification as a Personal Property Appraiser through the Certified Appraisers Guild of America and completion of Appraisal Course Associates’ 200-hour Personal Property Appraising program.
