Maurice Stover

Maurce is a native of Richmond Virginia and has seen many changes since starting his real estate career in 1987 after serving in the United States Navy. Throughout the years, these changes have contributed to his growth from being an agent to a broker in assisting his clients (i.e., buyers, sellers and investors) to understand their real estate options. He is dedicated to his profession and believes that the four keys to being an asset to his clients are listening, training, networking and communication which is evident by his longevity in the business. He also brings 30+ years of Information Technology experience to the real estate industry which helps when working with his clients to ensure data integrity and protecting their privacy.

Real estate is his profession, but helping families navigate probate is his purpose. Losing his mother as a young adult, and later his father, showed him firsthand how emotionally exhausting the supervised court probate process really is and how it works. As a Probate Real Estate Specialist (PRES), he helps executors, administrators, and attorneys with the fiduciary bond requirements, the formal probate qualification hearing, and the sale of any real estate—bringing clarity to what can be a nerve-racking process.
